Ask for Dustin!!! He fought my insurance company for 6 months to get my new full roof approved. He is professional and genuinely a great guy. He walked me through the process and fought hard. He gives you his number so you can text anytime with questions and he's pretty quick to reply back. I truly believe that without Dustin I wouldn't have been able to do it.

I am so pleased with my experience with Trio Construction. They came out the day after I called to request an inspection of my roof, their employees were punctual, extremely knowledgeable and professional. They helped with the insurance process and got my roof replacement scheduled promptly once my claim was approved. Their crew was respectful and efficient. They cleaned up the whole project and left my property looking better than when they arrived! Our roof was old and replacing it was long over due. Now not only do I have peace of mind knowing I have a great quality roof, it made my house look 20 years younger!! Phil and his team did an outstanding job on my roof. HIs sales guy identified hail damage and worked with insurance to get the replacement roof approved. He also went out of his way to get a match of our existing shingles to avoid problems with our HOA. Phil was in contact with me during the days leading up the the work as well as during the job. I have worked with a lot of contractors over many years and have not had a better experience. I was told when the supplies and dumpster were to be delivered, they asked where I wanted them placed, and they executed as promised. The crew worked relentlessly in spite of the summer heat and completed my roof in two days. The crew was professional, very experienced, and very friendly. Phil came out during the installation to check up on the progress and give me updates. The cleanup at the completion of the job was very thorough with almost no scraps left behind. If you are in need of roofing services, I would highly recommend Phil and his team.

I would like to share my recently experience as I hired Trio R&C for the replacement and installation of a new roof. Starting from the professional Sales rep Steve the nice and proactive installers crew, AJ and as well had the nice experience to meet Mr. Phil. I am very happy and for sure do not hesitate to contact them for your next roof project.

I rarely ever post a review of any company, but after experiencing the replacement of my roof through Trio Roofing and Construction, I feel compelled to share about my own experience. Every step of the process was handled with professionalism, attention to detail and a strong emphasis of customer satisfaction. Dustin was extremely helpful in getting Allstate (the worst insurance company, probably tied with State Farm) for approving a roof claim based upon hail damage) to approve our claim......in fact, I tried submitting a claim, unsuccessfully, a few weeks ago using another popular roofing company, and while they were helpful and tried, their on-site representative did not know how to advocate for the approval of our claim like Dustin did--and that made all the difference!Once we were approved, I asked for several references from people who's roofs Trio had done. To be candid, I did not believe all the five-start references on Trio's website and I wanted to talk with some real customers. As a trial attorney, I am skeptical of roofers. They gave me about 20--with addresses and telephone numbers. I never heard a single 'negative' comment from any of them! Not one.Next, Phil (the owner of Trio) came over with lots of sample boards of the shingles they usually use. My wife is an interior designer and has fantastic tastes in color.....we looked at some of the Trio roofs close by in all types of lighting conditions at different times of the day....it's amazing how different some colors look depending upon the time of day! We got close, but when we couldn't find the exact color we were looking for, Phil offered to find shingles that would match any color we liked---and we gave him the name/manufacturer.About 3 days later, there were 12 amazing, hard working, super-skilled workers on our roof--tearing our old roof off and putting the new roof on...an amazing process to watch. Before they started, they meticulously covered all of our landscaping to protect it from falling shingles and nails...their efficiency and thoroughness was truly a marvel to watch!They worked nonstop, all day (I never even saw anyone taking a break), and by the end of the day, our roof looked perfect, everything was completely cleaned up and they were loading their ladders back on their trucks.These are GREAT people--AMAZING INTEGRITY, honest, thorough, professional, attentive to detail, customer-oriented.....from the top of the company, to the office staff, to the installers---many of whom actually told ME "thank you" as they were leaving the great job they did!!!I could not give a higher recommendation!
